Capital Access Window - Trading Halt
Serval Resources Plc has announced its intention to undertake a proposed fundraise utilizing AIM's new Capital Access Window rule, which will temporarily halt trading of its shares to facilitate reaching a broader investor base and provide pricing stability. This initiative aims to supplement the company's existing £1.6 million in funds and will support a large-scale drilling program on its Namibian copper projects, further exploration in Botswana, and provide additional working capital. The Capital Access Window will remain open until the results of the fundraise are announced.

Serval Resources Plc (AIM: SRVL), a company focused on building an independent copper and future metals developer, is pleased to announce its intention to utilise AIM's new Capital Access Window rule in connection with a proposed fundraise ("Proposed Fundraise").
Intention to undertake the Proposed Fundraise
Since its admission to trading on AIM in April 2026, Serval has made significant progress across its key copper projects in Namibia and Botswana.
The Proposed Fundraise would supplement the Company's existing funds of circa £1.6 million and is expected to enable Serval to undertake a large-scale drilling programme on its mineral exploration licenses in Namibia's Kaoko Basin. Proceeds from the Proposed Fundraise would also allow the Company to conduct further exploration work on its projects located in Botswana's Kalahari Copper Belt, as well as providing the Company with additional working capital.
Use of AIM's Capital Access Window rule
Following the updates to the AIM Rules for Companies announced in August 2026, and to support the Proposed Fundraise, the Company will enter a Capital Access Window with effect from 7.30am BST today. This is a voluntary temporary pause in the trading of the Company's shares on AIM to make it easier to reach a broader range of investors, and to provide pricing stability, during a fundraise. If undertaken, the Company intends to include an offer to `retail' investors as part of the Proposed Fundraise. The Capital Access Window will remain in place until a further announcement is made detailing the results of the Proposed Fundraise.
Appointment of Advisers
The Company has engaged SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP, its existing Nominated Adviser and Broker, and Hannam & Partners (Advisory) Limited ("H&P") as joint brokers on the Proposed Fundraise. H&P has also been appointed to act as joint broker to the Company on an ongoing basis.
