Serval Resources Plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, including the adoption of the 2025 annual accounts and the re-election of John Treacy and election of Brian Gordon and Andrew Benitz as Directors. The company also secured shareholder approval for the appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditors, the renewal of authority to allot shares, and the empowerment of directors to dis-apply pre-emption rights up to £127,011.50.
