This notified holding has increased by 100,000,000 ordinary shares since the last notification made on 17 April 2026 and follows Mr Cheetham’s participation in the Placing as announced on 17 September 2026. Mr Cheetham’s holding now represents 8.63% of the issued capital following the issue of the Placing Shares earlier today.
