Notice of AGM & Non-Executive Director Appointment
Springfield Properties PLC announced that its Annual General Meeting will be held on October 29, 2025, at 1:00 pm at their Elgin office. Effective from the conclusion of the AGM, Alasdair Gardner, aged 59, will be appointed as a Non-executive Director. Gardner's career includes over 35 years in banking and finance within Lloyds Banking Group, where he became Managing Director of The Islands Business, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets in 2020, a position he held until his retirement in December 2023. He helped establish the Bank of Scotland Foundation in 2009, where he was a trustee until 2016.

Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland focused on delivering private and affordable housing, gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Group will be held on 29 October 2025 at 1.00pm at Springfield's office at Alexander Fleming House, 8 Southfield Drive, Elgin, Morayshire, IV30 6GR. In addition, the Group announces the appointment of Alasdair Gardner as a Non-executive Director of the Group, which will take effect from the conclusion of the AGM.

Director Appointment
Alasdair Gardner, aged 59, is a highly accomplished senior executive whose career encompasses over 35 years in banking and finance within Lloyds Banking Group. His leadership roles included Head of Industrials and Commercial Banking Scotland and Head of Large Corporates North America before becoming Managing Director of The Islands Business, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets in 2020, a position that he held until his retirement in December 2023. During his career, he had responsibility for a number of sectors including Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas and Housebuilding. Alasdair is currently a member of the Advisory Board of Kelvin Capital, a venture capital business focused on UK-based growth companies. Other roles include helping to establish the Bank of Scotland Foundation in 2009, where he was a trustee until 2016, and having served as a trustee of Lloyds Bank Foundation for the Channel Islands and of Crossroads Caring Scotland.
Alasdair is a Fellow of The Chartered Banker Institute and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Edinburgh.

There is no further information required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies with regards to Alasdair's appointment.
