Delay to publication of interim results
Sorted Group Holdings Plc announced a delay in the publication of its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, which were due by 30 September 2026. This delay is contingent on the finalisation and publication of the company's audited annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025, which were also previously delayed. Consequently, Sorted Group Holdings Plc's ordinary shares will remain suspended from trading on AIM until both the FY 2025 Results and HY 2026 Results are published, pending clarification of the company's financial position.

Sorted Group Holdings Plc (AIM: SORT) provides the following update.
On 25 June 2026, the Company announced that it would not be possible for the Company's audited annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 (“FY 2025 Results”) to be issued by 30 June 2026, as required under the AIM Rules for Companies (“AIM Rules”).
While the Company remains committed to publishing its FY 2025 Results, publication has not yet occurred. The publication of the Company’s unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (the "HY 2026 Results") is contingent on, amongst other matters, the finalisation and publication of the FY 2025 Results.
Accordingly, the Company has not been able to publish its HY 2026 Results by 30 September 2026, as stipulated by Rule 18 of the AIM Rules. Consequently, the Company’s ordinary shares will remain suspended from trading on AIM pending clarification of the Company’s financial position as well as publication of both its FY 2025 Results and HY 2026 Results.
The Company will release further announcements as and when appropriate.
