Update regarding Company Shareholdings
Somero Enterprises, Inc. has provided an update on significant shareholder positions, noting that as a US-incorporated entity, it may not receive direct notifications of shareholding changes. Based on share register analysis, Regent Gas Holdings Limited's holding remained stable at 12.31% as of March 31, 2026, with a minor increase of 0.02% from December 31, 2025. Unicorn Asset Management saw an increase of 0.56% to 5.72% by March 31, 2026, while Charles Stanley experienced a decrease of 0.84% to 4.62%. Hargreaves Lansdown and Interactive Investor also saw reductions in their holdings, decreasing by 0.54% and 0.72% respectively. Lazard Freres Banque increased its stake by 0.56% to 3.51%. Mr. Brian Kelly's latest notified position is 14.05%, and VN Capital Management's is 11.25%.

Somero Enterprises, Inc. announces an update, so far as the Company is aware, to the shareholdings of the Company's significant shareholders (as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies) in accordance with AIM Rule 17.
Shareholders are reminded that that Somero is a company which has been incorporated in the USA and therefore may not be notified by shareholders of relevant changes to their shareholdings. The below shareholdings are therefore based upon share register analysis produced for the Company (with the exception of Mr Brian Kelly's and VN Capital's shareholdings, which were previously notified to the Company and announced accordingly).
