Director/PDMR Shareholding
Solid State plc announced on October 20, 2025, that certain persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs) acquired ordinary shares pursuant to the Company's All-Employee Share Plan (AESP) following vesting of awards under the AESP on October 6, 2025. Gary Marsh, the CEO, acquired 25 shares, resulting in a total shareholding of 1,328,669. John Macmichael, a Divisional MD, acquired 20 shares, holding a total of 545,952 shares. Peter James, the CFO, acquired 20 shares, resulting in a shareholding of 154,385. Matthew Richards, a Divisional MD, acquired 20 shares, holding 148,262 shares. Jon Baxter, Sales and Operations Director, acquired 20 shares, holding 6,660 shares. The price for each of these transactions was £Nil per share, and the transactions occurred outside a trading venue.
