Block listing Interim Review

Smiths News PLC reported an interim review of their block listing as of September 1, 2025. The review covers the period from March 1, 2025, to September 1, 2025, for three share schemes. The Smiths News Sharesave Scheme (SNSS) had 386,166 unallotted securities from the previous return.
