Sunda Energy Plc (AIM: SNDA), the AIM-quoted oil and gas company focused on hydrocarbon assets in the Asia-Pacific region, announces that the Company has received notice of exercise of 5,500 warrants over new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 3.75p per share, for a consideration of £206.25 (the "New Ordinary Shares").
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is anticipated that Admission will occur on or around 8 October 2026.
From Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 536,723,396 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company is 536,723,396.
