Board change
The Board of WH Smith PLC announces that it has received notice from Nicky Dulieu, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, of her intention to step down as a director of the Company at next year's Annual General Meeting which is due to be held on 2 February 2026.
Nicky is stepping down to focus on her other work and business commitments.
