Sylvania (AIM: SLP), the platinum group metals and chrome producer and developer with assets in South Africa, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled to take place on 27 November 2026 at 10.00am AST (GMT-4) at Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda, and that the dividend laid before shareholders at the AGM has been set at 4.0 pence per ordinary share of $0.01 in the Company.
For further information in relation to the AGM, shareholders should refer to the Notice of AGM and Explanatory Memorandum which have been despatched to shareholders.
