Sylvania (AIM: SLP), the platinum group metals ("PGM") and emerging Chrome producer and developer with assets in South Africa, announces that further to the Share Buyback Update announcement on 14 October 2026, the company clarifies that, as at the time of that announcement, for the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's issued share capital is 271,661,725 Ordinary Shares. A total of 13,432,425 Ordinary Shares, are held in Treasury, therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in Sylvania is 258,229,300 Ordinary Shares.
