Sylvania Platinum Limited has announced a share buyback, acquiring 50,000 Ordinary Shares on 30 March 2026 at an average price of 92.70 pence per share, which have been placed into Treasury. Following this transaction, the Company's total issued share capital remains 271,661,725 Ordinary Shares, with 12,487,534 shares now held in Treasury, resulting in 259,174,191 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

Sylvania (AIM: SLP), the platinum group metals ("PGM") and emerging Chrome producer and developer with assets in South Africa, announces that the Company has, on 30 March 2026, acquired 50,000 Ordinary Shares of $0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from the market at an average price of 92.70 pence per Ordinary Share, placed into Treasury.
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's issued share capital is 271,661,725 Ordinary Shares. Following the above purchase, a total of 12,487,534 Ordinary Shares, are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in Sylvania is 259,174,191 Ordinary Shares.
