Result of AGM
Sylvania Platinum Limited announced the result of its Annual General Meeting, confirming the declaration of a final annual dividend of 2.0 pence per Ordinary Share, payable on December 5, 2025, to shareholders of record on October 1, 2025. The company also confirmed the reappointment of PriceWaterhouseCoopers Inc as auditors until the 2026 AGM. The resolution for the appointment of auditors passed with 68,139,379 votes in favour, 1,098,409 votes against, and 15,155 votes withheld.

Sylvania (AIM: SLP), the platinum group metals ("PGM"), chrome producer and developer with assets in South Africa, confirms that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on Friday 28 November 2025, the final annual dividend in the amount of 2.0 pence per Ordinary Share of $0.01 was declared payable on 5 December 2025 to Members of record as at 01 October 2025. In addition, PriceWaterhouseCoopers Inc will continue to be appointed as auditors for the Group, for a term expiring at the 2026 AGM of the Company.
The Directors of Sylvania advise that the following ordinary resolutions, as set out in the Notice of Meeting and placed before shareholders at the AGM of the Company held in Bermuda on 28 November 2025, were voted on a poll as follows:
