Skillcast Group plc (AIM: SKL), the provider of SaaS compliance software and off-the-shelf e-learning, announces the grant of 1,360,000 share options (the "Options") over ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to a Director and a number of employees of the Company, under the Skillcast Group plc EMI and Non-Qualifying Share Option Plan. The Options have an exercise price of 42.5 pence per option, being the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on 29 January 2025, the date of the grant.
Of the 1,360,000 Options granted, 360,000 Options have been granted to a director of the Company and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"), as follows:

Following today's grant of Options, the Company currently has options outstanding over a total of 6,440,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.2% of the Company's current issued share capital.
