Proposed Appointment of New Director
Jade Road Investments Limited announced on November 3, 2025, that Ali Shekofti will no longer be joining the board. This decision follows NOIA's revised intention to not transfer 50% of the Subscription Shares to Accrete Capital SPV, which was previously announced on October 10, 2025. Consequently, the proposed appointment of Mr. Shekofti as a director is now withdrawn.
