This acquisition fulfills his previously stated intention to acquire shares valued at approximately £250,000 within six months of his appointment as CFO. Following this transaction, Kesterton's beneficial interest in SIG shares has increased to 2,888,082.

The Company announces that it has been notified that Chief Financial Officer, Simon Kesterton, purchased 65,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 22 October 2026. Prior to this transaction, Simon had a beneficial interest in SIG of 2,823,082 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Simon's beneficial interest is now 2,888,082 ordinary shares in SIG.
The Company's announcement of 30 April 2026, when Simon's appointment as CFO was reported, also included Simon's intention to acquire shares in SIG in the six months following his appointment such that the value of his total holding of SIG shares is approximately £250,000, being half of his gross base salary.
The acquisition of shares contained in this announcement is the final tranche of purchases in this regard and Simon has now fulfilled his intention as contained in the announcement of 30 April 2026.
