Result of AGM
SIG plc announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2026, were passed by shareholders. The financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, were approved with 97.69% of votes in favour, and the Directors' Remuneration Report received 94.31% approval. Key director re-elections and appointments also passed with strong majorities, though resolutions concerning political donations and the allotment of shares for cash saw significant opposition, with approximately 17.35% and 17.48% of votes against, respectively. The company's issued share capital as of the meeting date was 1,181,556,977 ordinary shares.

SIG plc announces that at its AGM held earlier today, all the resolutions put to shareholders were passed by the requisite majorities. Resolutions 1 - 17 were passed as ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 18 - 21 were passed as special resolutions. The results of the polls are as follows:
