Result of AGM
Selkirk Group PLC announced that all resolutions presented at its annual general meeting were passed, with 100% of votes cast in favour of approving the investment policy, receiving the 2025 financial statements, re-electing directors Iain McDonald, Angus Monro, and Alan Bannatyne, appointing Crowe U.K. LLP as auditors, authorising directors to determine auditor remuneration, and authorising directors to dis-apply pre-emption rights. Resolution 8, authorising directors to allot ordinary shares, received 99.98% approval, and resolution 10, authorising market purchases of shares, also passed with 100% of votes cast.
