Block admission six monthly return
SEEEN plc has provided its six-monthly return regarding a block admission for ordinary shares, originally admitted on June 2, 2025, under a scheme related to remaining warrants from fundraisings on May 31, 2024, and July 17, 2024. During the period from December 2, 2025, to June 1, 2026, no new shares were issued under this scheme, and no warrants lapsed. Consequently, the balance of securities not yet issued under the scheme remains at 6,349,999 ordinary shares.
