Seeing Machines Limited announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting on November 26, 2025, including the re-election of director Stephane Vedie with 1,889,339,036 votes for, and the approval of the FY2026 Long-Term Incentive and historic rights and options for the Managing Director, both receiving over 1.85 billion votes in favour. The company also made its Annual Report and accounts for the financial year ending June 30, 2025, available on its website.

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 26 November 2025, all resolutions were passed by the requisite majority and determined by way of a poll.
