Directorate Change
Seed Capital Solutions PLC announced a directorate change, with Finance Director Segar Karupiah stepping down on October 31, 2026, after two years with the company. His responsibilities will be assumed by Michael Hirschfield of Kitwell Administration Limited, the Company Secretary, who brings 38 years of experience in publicly traded companies, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Karupiah for his contributions.

Seed Capital Solutions today announces that Segar Karupiah will be standing down as Finance Director on the 31st October 2026.
Segar's function will be taken up by Michael Hirschfield at Kitwell Administration Limited, the Company's existing Company Secretary. Mr Hirschfield qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988 and has 38 years' experience in the publicly traded company arena.
The Board would like to thank Segar for his work over the last two years and wishes him well with his future roles.
