Director/PDMR Shareholding
Sabre Insurance Group PLC announced on April 22, 2026, that several Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) were granted options under the Sabre 2017 Sharesave Plan. The Chief Executive Officer, Chief Risk & Governance Officer, Claims Director, and Chief Financial Officer each received options for 14,441 ordinary shares at an exercise price of £1.2464, with a vesting date of July 1, 2029. The Chief Actuary was granted options for 5,776 ordinary shares at the same price and vesting date. These options are exercisable for six months post-vesting, contingent on continued employment.

Sabre announces that on 22 April 2026, the following Directors and PDMRs of the Company were each granted an option under the Sabre 2017 Sharesave Plan (the "Plan") over ordinary shares of £0.001 in the Company as detailed below:
