Sundae Bar PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with overwhelming support for ordinary resolutions, for example, Ordinary Resolution 1 received 369,779,834 votes in favour. Special Resolution 10 also passed with 369,628,495 votes for, indicating strong shareholder confidence in the company's direction.
