Sundae Bar Plc (AIM: SBAR), the enterprise platform deploying AI agents for business, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on 6 May 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of the Company's Solicitors, Druces LLP, 6th Floor, 99 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NG.

A notice of AGM, together with the form of proxy and the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30th September 2025, are being sent to the shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") today. The notice of AGM will also be shortly available for inspection on the Company's website at https://corporate.sundaebar.ai/

Award of Consultant Warrants

The Company also announces that it has awarded in total 7,000,000 warrants over ordinary shares of 0.1p each (the "Ordinary Shares") to consultants exercisable at a price of 8 pence per Ordinary Share (the "2026 Consultant Warrants").

Vesting date: 50% vesting after 12 months from the effective date and 50% after 24 months from the effective date
Expiry date: 1st April 2031
Exercise price: 8 pence (or such adjusted price as may be determined in certain circumstances, for example in an event of sub-division or share consolidation)
The 2026 Consultant Warrants lapse when warrantholder ceases to provide consultancy services to the Company
