Savannah Resources Plc, the developer of the Barroso Lithium Project (the ‘Project’) in Portugal, a ‘Strategic Project’ under the European Critical Raw Materials Act and Europe’s largest spodumene lithium deposit, has been informed that, Pluris Investments S.A (‘Pluris’) has purchased on market 685,806 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) and thus increased its shareholding in the Company to 10.00% of the Company’s issued share capital, with voting rights. This follows a brief reduction in Pluris’ position to 9.98% as a result of the Retail Offer portion of the Company’s recent US$40m Fundraise.
