Savannah Resources Plc has announced a shareholding transfer where Grupo Lusiaves SGPS, S.A. has moved its stake to Telmory, LDA, with both entities ultimately owned by the same shareholder and related parties. Following this transfer, Telmory, LDA now holds 257,482,019 ordinary shares, representing 10.0% of the Company's issued share capital, while Grupo Lusiaves SGPS, S.A. no longer has an interest. The total shareholding controlled by the relevant shareholder and their related parties remains unchanged at 10.0%.

Savannah Resources Plc, the developer of the Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal, a 'Strategic Project' under the European Critical Raw Materials Act and Europe's largest spodumene lithium deposit, announces it has received notification that Grupo Lusiaves SGPS, S.A. has transferred its shareholding in the Company to Telmory, LDA (the "Transfer"). Grupo Lusiaves SGPS, S.A. and Telmory, LDA are ultimately owned by the same shareholder and his related parties.
Following the Transfer, Telmory, LDA owns 257,482,019 ordinary shares in Savannah, representing 10.0% of the Company's issued share capital and Grupo Lusiaves SGPS, S.A. no longer has an interest in the Company.
The total shareholding in Savannah controlled by the relevant shareholder and his related parties is unchanged and remains at 10.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
