Savannah Resources PLC announced on September 23, 2025, that the presentation given by CEO Emanuel Proença at Fastmarkets' European Battery Raw Materials Conference 2025 is now available for download on the company's website. The company is developing the Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal, which is considered a 'Strategic Project' under the European Critical Raw Materials Act. The project is expected to produce approximately 190,000 tonnes per annum of spodumene concentrate. This production level is anticipated to supply enough lithium for around half a million vehicle battery packs annually, contributing significantly to the European Commission's goal of achieving a minimum of 10% endogenous lithium production by 2030.
