Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS), the UK Main Market listed company, announces today that it intends to extend the date for the Delisting from 14 September 2026 until after the Company's AGM which will be held following publication of the Company's report and accounts for the year ended 28 February 2026.

The delay is intended to enable an alternative listing venue for the Ordinary Shares to be traded on to be arranged. The Company's shares will remain suspended from trading on the Official List and there is no impact on the timetable for the Capital Repayment following Court approval on 8 September 2026.

It is expected that Shareholders entitled to the Capital Repayment will be sent cheques or receive a credit to their bank account that is held on file or receive a credit to their CREST accounts on or before 28 September 2026.
