Exercise of Warrants
Sareum Holdings plc has announced the exercise of warrants resulting in the subscription of 762,500 new ordinary shares at 12.5 pence each, raising £95,312.5 for the company. These new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around August 13, 2026, and will rank pari passu with existing shares. Following admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 139,327,673.

Cambridge, UK, 7 August 2026 - Sareum Holdings plc (AIM: SAR), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation kinase inhibitors for autoimmune disease and cancer, announces that it has received notices to exercise certain warrants to subscribe for a total of 762,500 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 12.5 pence per ordinary share ("New Ordinary Shares") for a total consideration to the Company of £95,312.5.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission of the 762,500 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. (London time) on or around Thursday 13 August 2026. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
Immediately following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 139,327,673. and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 139,327,673, and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
