Result of General Meeting
MicroSalt Plc announced that all six resolutions presented at its General Meeting were passed with overwhelming support, including the authorization for directors to allot ordinary shares for cash up to an aggregate nominal amount of £10,400.00 for the Fundraise and £4,550.00 for convertible loan notes, as well as the disapplication of pre-emption rights for these issuances. Resolution 3 also passed, allowing for the allotment of ordinary shares for cash up to £23,918.41, approximately 20% of the enlarged share capital, with corresponding disapplication of pre-emption rights.

MicroSalt (AIM: SALT), a leading manufacturer of full-flavour natural salt with approximately 50% less sodium, announces the results of its General Meeting (“GM”), held earlier today.
All six resolutions put to members were duly passed, with the number of votes cast for, against and withheld as follows:
