THE FOLLOWING ANNOUNCEMENT REPLACES THE ANNOUNCEMENT WITH RNS NUMBER 6906E "NOTICE OF AGM" PUBLISHED TODAY AT 07.00 IN WHICH THE AGM DATE WAS INCORRECTLY GIVEN AS 17 JUNE 2026. THE CORRECT DATE IS 16 JUNE 2026. ALL OTHER INFORMATION REMAINS THE SAME.

SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, announces that notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held at 11.00am on 16 June 2026 at Delta House, 50 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2NP, will today be posted to shareholders.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2025 will also be posted to shareholders and will be available on the Company's website at www.spaceandpeople.com.
