Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 28 October 2026 North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust (PCA to Christopher Mills) purchased 1,000,000 B Shares at 33.95p per share (£0.3395), for an aggregate value of £339,500. After the purchase Christopher Mills and his PCAs hold 26,964,500 A Ordinary Shares (16.79% of A voting rights) and 41,097,500 B Shares (27.78% of B voting rights), increasing their substantial ownership stake in the company.
