The Company has received notification that, on 20 March 2026, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, PCA to Christopher Mills, purchased 2,375,000 B Shares in the Company at a price of 35.0 pence per share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Christopher Mills and PCA's have an interest of 26,964,500 A Ordinary Shares, representing 16.79% of the voting rights of the issued A Ordinary Shares in the Company (after adjusting for shares held in treasury) and 35,622,500 B Shares, representing 24.75% of the voting rights of the issued B Shares in the Company on the same basis.
