River Global PLC has announced that North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, a person closely associated with Christopher Mills, purchased 325,000 B Shares at 34.7077 pence per share on March 13, 2026. Following this transaction, Christopher Mills and associated persons now hold 26,964,500 A Ordinary Shares, representing 16.79% of voting rights, and 33,572,500 B Shares, representing 23.32% of voting rights.

The Company has received notification that, on 13 March 2026, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, PCA to Christopher Mills, purchased 325,000 B Shares in the Company at a price of 34.7077 pence per share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Christopher Mills and PCA's have an interest of 26,964,500 A Ordinary Shares, representing 16.79% of the voting rights of the issued A Ordinary Shares in the Company (after adjusting for shares held in treasury) and 33,572,500 B Shares, representing 23.32% of the voting rights of the issued B Shares in the Company on the same basis.
