RTC Group Plc announced the resignation of Wayne Thornhill, a Non-Executive Director, from the Board of Directors. The resignation is effective as of November 28, 2025, due to personal reasons. The company has begun the process of identifying and shortlisting qualified candidates to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Thornhill's departure and will make a further announcement regarding the appointment of a replacement in due course.

The Board of RTC announces that Wayne Thornhill, Non-Executive Director, has given notice to resign from the Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective 28 November 2025. The Company is currently collating a short-list of suitably qualified candidates to replace Wayne and will make a further announcement in due course.
