Chief Financial Officer
Ian Melling has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Director of the Company with effect from 11 January 2027, succeeding Dan Baker, who, as previously announced, will become Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Restore on 1 January 2027.
Ian joins from Victrex plc, where he served as CFO from 2022 to July 2026. Between 2006 and 2022 Ian held various commercial and group senior finance roles at Smith & Nephew plc, including interim CFO during 2020.
