Result of General Meeting and Update

At the General Meeting on 30 October 2026 all resolutions were passed: Ordinary Resolution 1 had 58.37% for (1,420,623,515 votes) and 41.63% against (total votes 2,433,929,533), Ordinary Resolution 2 had 86.45% for (2,104,064,845 votes; total 2,433,978,957), and Special Resolution 3 had 81.66% for (1,987,271,815 votes; total 2,433,727,963); 21.09% of outstanding shares voted and total voting rights are 11,541,483,976. Red Rock and a local partner signed a partnership to develop a 12-block Katanga Permis d’Exploitation for copper-cobalt with a 60%/40% profit split to Red Rock/Holder after costs, no licence acquisition cost and no defined spend, with further site visits and DRC matters progressing.
