Red Rock Resources Plc has announced the issuance of 176,984,142 new ordinary shares at 0.021 pence per share, raising £37,166.67 through the conversion of loan and commission invoices. These new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM around June 4, 2026. Following this issuance, the Company's total issued ordinary share capital will increase to 9,579,904,419 shares, with an equivalent number of voting rights.

Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in gold, base metals, battery metals, and hydrocarbons, principally in Africa and Australia, announces the issue of 176,984,142 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 0.021 pence per Share, pursuant to conversion of a loan and commission invoices of £27,666.67 and £9,500 respectively.
Admission to Trading on AIM and Total Voting Rights
Application is being made for 176,984,142 Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, the admission of which it is expected on or around 4 June 2026.
In accordance with the provision of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company confirms that, following the issue of Shares, its issued ordinary share capital will comprise 9,579,904,419 ordinary shares.
All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights and none of the ordinary shares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 9,579,904,419. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or change to their interest in, the Company.
