Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights
Rockfire Resources plc announced the exercise of 75,000,000 warrants over new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 0.1p per share, resulting in a consideration of £75,000. Application has been made for admission of these new ordinary shares to trading on the AIM market, expected around October 31, 2025. Following admission, the company's issued ordinary share capital will consist of 6,312,442,063 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, each carrying one voting right, bringing the total number of shares and voting rights to 6,312,442,063.

Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK), the base metal, critical mineral and precious metal exploration company, announces that the Company has received notice of exercise of 75,000,000 warrants over New Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each at an exercise price of 0.1p per share, for a consideration of £75,000 (the "New Ordinary Shares").
Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is anticipated that Admission will occur on or around 31 October 2025.
From Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 6,312,442,063 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company is 6,312,442,063.
