Notice of Annual General Meeting

The 2026 annual general meeting (“AGM”) of Rockpool Acquisitions Plc will be held at The Kelvin, 17 College Square East, Belfast BT1 6DE on Monday 12th October 2026 at 10.30am. In addition, a general meeting of Rockpool (“the s656 Meeting”) will be held at 10.45am on the same date pursuant to s656 of the Companies Act 2026 as the net assets of the company have become less than half of its called-up share capital. The purpose of the s656 Meeting is to consider whether any, and if so what, steps should be taken to deal with that fact.

The following documents were made available to shareholders on 18 September 2026 in relation to the AGM:

Notices of Meeting for the AGM and the s656 Meeting;

Shareholder Proxy Forms for those meetings; and

A copy of the Company’s annual report and accounts for the period ended 31 March 2026 (“2026 Annual Report & Accounts”), which were published on 31 July 2026.
