Conclusion of Gambling Commission settlement
The Rank Group Plc has concluded its regulatory settlement with the Gambling Commission, agreeing to a £5.0m payment in lieu of a financial penalty for historical failings within its Grosvenor venues business. This settlement aligns with the £5.0m provision previously made in the Group's 2025/26 accounts, meaning there is no additional impact on the Group's profits.
