RM plc Director Declaration

RM plc has announced that Richard Smothers, an independent Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Greggs plc effective February 1, 2026. Upon his appointment at Greggs, Mr. Smothers will join the Audit, Nominations, and Remuneration Committees, and will assume the role of Chair of the Audit Committee from March 6, 2026. This announcement is a director declaration in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R (2).
