Change of Auditor
RentGuarantor Holdings PLC has announced a change in its auditor, with RPG Crouch Chapman LLP succeeding HaysMac LLP following a tender process. RPGCC will be responsible for auditing the company's financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2025, and their re-appointment will be subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting.

RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK1 private rental sector, announces that following a tender process it will be appointing RPG Crouch Chapman LLP ("RPGCC") as the Company's auditor, succeeding HaysMac LLP.
RPGCC will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2025. At the Company's next Annual General Meeting, RPGCC's re-appointment will be proposed and voted on by shareholders.
