Subsequently, Mr. Ayles sold 114,922 ordinary shares at a price of 43.5077 pence per share on the same date to cover exercise costs, taxes, and liabilities arising from the option gain.

The Company announces, in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1) that on 10 July 2026 the following directors of the Company (each a person discharging managerial responsibilities) exercised share options issued under the Record plc Share Scheme and Record plc Long Term Incentive Plan as detailed below. The Company was notified of this exercise on 10 July 2026.
