Record plc announced that two senior managers, Thomas Arnold and Othman Boukrami, acquired interests in the company through the Record plc Share Incentive Plan on May 27, 2026. Thomas Arnold acquired 408 ordinary shares at a price of £0.5525 per share, bringing his total SIP shares to 58,194. Othman Boukrami acquired 407 ordinary shares at the same price, increasing his total SIP shares to 1,656. This acquisition was made on the London Stock Exchange Main Market.
