Record plc announced that two Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs), Thomas Arnold and Shaesta Wahedally, acquired interests in the company on December 19, 2025, through participation in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a price of 54.19 pence per share. Thomas Arnold acquired 2,111 ordinary shares, increasing his total to 53,206 shares, while Shaesta Wahedally acquired 2,930 ordinary shares, bringing her total to 73,844 shares. This notification is in accordance with UK Market Abuse Regulation requirements.

On 23 December 2025, the Trustees of the Record plc Share Incentive Plan notified the Company that the following PDMRs had acquired interests in the Company in accordance with the rules of the plan on 19 December 2025, as a result of their participation in the Company's DRIP. The acquisition price was 54.19 pence per share.
