REACT Group plc has announced that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 12 noon. Shareholders are encouraged to register their intention to attend by Monday, March 30, 2026, and to submit their votes by proxy as online voting will not be available. Questions for the Board can be submitted in advance via the Investor Meet Company platform until March 30, 2026, at 09:00 BST, or during the AGM itself. The company will provide online access to the proceedings for shareholders unable to attend in person.

REACT Group plc (AIM: REAT.L), the leading specialist support services provider to the FM industry, announces that, further to the AGM circular sent to shareholders on 5 March 2026, the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is being held at 12 noon on Tuesday 31 March 2026 at the offices of Singer Capital Markets, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX. Shareholders intending to attend the Annual General Meeting are asked to register their intention by 10.30 a.m. on Monday 30 March 2026 by sending an email to info@reactsc.co.uk.
Shareholders are invited to submit any questions for the Board to consider. Questions can be pre submitted ahead of the AGM via the Investor Meet Company Platform up until 30 Mar 2026, 09:00 BST, or submitted at any time during the AGM itself.
