A total of 20,101,736 votes were cast for the annual accounts, and 20,101,412 votes for the directors' remuneration report, with minimal opposition. Directors were re-elected and new directors elected with overwhelming approval, and the reappointment of MHA as auditor also received unanimous support. Shareholder approval was granted for directors to allot shares, make market purchases, and disapply pre-emption rights, with the aggregate directors' fees authorized up to £800,000 per annum.
