Exercise of Options
Redcentric plc has announced the exercise of employee share options for 1,267 ordinary shares, resulting in the issuance of these new shares. Following this, the company's total issued share capital will be 159,321,733 ordinary shares, with 496 held in treasury. For regulatory reporting purposes, shareholders should consider the issued voting share capital of 159,321,237 ordinary shares when determining notification requirements. Admission of the new shares to trading on AIM is expected on or around May 18, 2026.

Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that it received notice of exercise ('Exercise') in relation to employee share options over 1,267 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
To satisfy the Exercise the Company is issuing 1,267 new Ordinary Shares. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 1,267 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission') and it is expected that Admission will be effective, and dealings will commence in respect of the new Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on or around 18 May 2026.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 159,321,733 Ordinary Shares, 496 of which remain held in Treasury. For reporting under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, shareholders should exclude any Ordinary Shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 159,321,237 Ordinary Shares (the issued voting share capital) when determining if they are required to notify their interest, or a change of their interest in the Company.
